Returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt of your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened and in original condition. Opened items may only be returned in the event of a manufacturer defect. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. Please contact support@lifevacdirect.store to initiate a return.
If you use your LifeVac device in a real choking emergency, contact us and we will send you a free replacement unit. This warranty is limited to one replacement per customer per documented use and is subject to verification.
